Every Northbridge Analytics service is delivered at senior level. There are no junior analysts, no outsourced work, and no templated reports. When you engage us, you are working directly with an experienced data professional who understands the pressures of inspection, the expectations of governors, and the strategic challenges facing school leaders in 2025 and beyond.
Data Health Check
Limited availability — we take on a small number of Health Checks each term to ensure quality.
A one-off diagnostic engagement. We take the data your school already has — SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or any other MIS exports, spreadsheets, budget reports — and turn it into one live dashboard, one written insight report, and one presentation to your senior leadership team or governing body.
This is the fastest way to see what Northbridge can do, with zero ongoing commitment. Most schools upgrade to the Annual Partnership after seeing the results.

Perfect for schools that want to see Northbridge in action before committing to an ongoing partnership. Also ideal ahead of an Ofsted visit or before a new academic year.

Annual Insight Partnership
The ongoing relationship. We maintain 3–5 live dashboards covering the data domains that matter most to your school, deliver quarterly insight reports with written narratives explaining what's changed and why, and present the findings directly to your SLT and governors each term.
You never touch a spreadsheet. Billed termly (3 payments) or annually with 10% discount. At £12,000 per year, a single-school partnership costs less than half the salary of a part-time analyst — with no recruitment, no management overhead, and no gaps in cover.
Fully remote delivery. On-site visits available as an add-on.

MAT Partnership
Everything in the Annual Partnership, scaled for multi-academy trusts. Trust-level overview dashboards that aggregate data across all schools, plus individual school-level reporting. Cross-school comparison and variation analysis. Termly presentations to the trust board.
Structured pricing based on trust size — from £30,500/year for a two-school trust. Per-school rate reduces modestly at scale. A 10-school MAT partnership at £99,500 represents a saving of over £20,000 against individual school contracts — and a fraction of the cost of building equivalent in-house capability.
