OUR STORY
Founded to close the insight gap.
Across policing, intelligence, education, and public services, we have seen the same pattern: organisations drowning in data but starving for insight. Northbridge was founded to close that gap — starting with the sector where it matters most: schools.
The problem is not that schools lack data. They have too much of it. SIMS exports, spreadsheet labyrinths, census returns, finance reports — all of it sitting in systems that require expertise and time to interpret. Time that headteachers and SBMs simply do not have.
We built Northbridge to be the data function that most schools cannot afford to hire. Not just the dashboards — the reports, the presentations, the narrative that turns numbers into decisions. All of it, for less than half the cost of a part-time analyst.

Simon builds and maintains the data infrastructure that powers every dashboard. Expert in Power BI architecture, data ingestion, secure hosting, and ongoing platform maintenance. If the data exists, Simon can model it.
